LEMON SPARKLE CUPCAKES :
Ingredients :
FLOUR 1- 1/2 Cup
BAKING POWDER 1 Tsp
SALT 1/4 Tsp
BUTTER 4 ounce
SUGAR 1 Cup
Egg 2 nos
LEMON ZEST 1 Tbsp
FRESH LEMON JUICE 1 Tbsp
LEMON ESSENCE 1 Tsp
Milk Half Cup
Yellow Color Few drops
FOR FROSTING :
BUTTER 50 g
ICING SUGAR 1 Cup
LEMON ESSENCE Half tsp
LEMON JUICE 1 Tbsp
METHOD :
Sift flour and baking powder and set aside.Beat 4 ounce butte rand suger till creamy and fluffy.
add 1 by 1 egg start dry ingredientstill end dry ingredients.during add dry ingredients add lemon juice ,zest and lemon essence and beat . Add yellow color few drops also and beat.
Prepare 12 cupcake pan. Line with cupcakes liners. Pour batter into cupcakes pan.
Bake for 180 c degree for 20 to 25 minutes. Inserted toothpick comes out clean. cool in a wire rack.
Than frosting with yellow lemon butter cream
