HALLOWEEN SPECIAL WALKING DEAD THEMED CAKE
CHOCOLATE SPONGE WITH CHOCOLATE GANASH :
Ingredients :
Eggs 6 nos
Caster Sugar 6 ounce
Flour 6 ounce
Baking Powder 1 and a half Tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
FOR CHOCOLATE GANASH :
CHOCOLATE 200 g
CREAM 200 g
CHOCOLATE ESSENCE 1 Tsp
METHOD :
Preheated oven for 180 c degree.Line your 8" By 8" cake pan. Grease your pan with oil spray and with brush.
Beat 6 eggs till foamy. Gradually add 6 ounce sugar. 1 Tablespoon at a time till eggs double in volume.
Add vanilla essence . than fold flour and baking powder add very lightly free hand.
Pour cake mixture in a pan . Tap pan in a counter.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Inserted toothpick or cake tester comes out clean.
Cool in a wire rack.
Apply chocolate ganash over cake than cover with fondant. Spread with cake smoother the cake is smooth.
Than decorate walking dead themed over cake and serve.
