CREAMY AVOCADO BOTTLE GOURD PASTA:
Ingretients :
Kolson Large Shell Pasta : 1 Packet
Garlic Cloves 3
Carrot 1
Capsicum Red& Green 1,1
Peas half Cup
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crush red pepper half cup
Soya sauce 2 tsp
FOR AVOCADO SAUCE :
Avocado 1
Bottle gourd ( Loki) 1
Almonds half Cup
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt half tsp
Black pepper half tsp
Lemon Juice 1-1 lemons
Garlic 2 Cloves
Basil half Cup
METHOD :
Boiled kolson pasta in 10 to 15 Cup of water or full pan of water . Bring water to a rapid boil and add salt to taste.Add a packet of kolson pasta and cook uncoved for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionaly.drain well and set aside.
Put all avocado sauce ingredients in a blender and blend it and set aside.
In a pan heat olive oil than add galic cloves 2 and cook for 1 minute. than add all vegetables carrot, peas, red & green capsicum ( shimla mirch) and saute for 2 minutes.
Than mix saute vegetables, avocado sauce into pasta mix well togather and serve.
