CHICKEN TIKKA PIZZA
Ingredients :
Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Dry Milk Powder 2 Tbsp
Oil, Butter 2 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Yeast 1 Packet 11 g
Egg 1 nos
FOR FILLING :
Chicken Breast 2 pieces
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt half tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 lemons
Ginger garlic Crush 1 Tbsp
Olives Black& Green 8 to 10
Capsicum(Shimla mirch) Chop 1
Mashrooms 5 To 6
Pizza Sauce for spread
Tomato ketchup for spread
Oregano For Sprinkle
Chedder cheese 1 Cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup
METHOD :
Knead all the above ingredients with lukewarm water and keep covered in an oiled bowl in a warm place, for 1 hour or till well risen and doubled. Roll out onto a floured surface and line a pizza plate with it.
Merinate chicken breast with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,soya sauce,black peper, salt merinated for 1 hour.
Heat grill pan and chicken breast grill for 15, 15 minutes for both sides till chicken tender. than cut into pieces
the chicken breast and shreded the chicken. Than smoke coal the chicken( koyle ka douwaan dena hai chicken ko phir Pizza main lagana hai).
Add sauce, toppings and let rise again in a warm place for 20 more minutes. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes or till cheese has melted and dough is cooked.
Method for Topping:
On dough put the sauce andTomato ketchup some cheese, then add olives,mashrooms, capsicum, shreded chicken tikka chunks and remaining cheese and sprinkle oregano, bake at 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes till cheese is melted.
