CHICKEN MEATBALLS SPAGHETTI OR NOODLES:
Ingredients :
Chicken Mince                                  1 Kg
Bread slices                                       2
Black pepper                                     1 Tsp
Salt                                                    1 Tsp
Crush red pepper                               half Tsp
Onion powder                                   1 Tsp
Garlic Powder                                   1 Tsp
Crush Cumin seeds                            1 Tsp
Oregano seeds                                   1 Tsp
Poppy seeds                                      half Tsp
Gram seeds( bunne Channe)              2 Tbsp
Egg                                                    half egg
Parshley                                             few 
For The Sauce :
Onion                                                 1 Chop
Garlic Cloves                                      5
Oil                                                      1/4 Cup
Tomato paste                                     1 Cup
Tomatoes                                           2
Black Pepper Powder                        1 Tsp
Basil Siriracha Sauce                          2 Tbsp
Sugar                                                  1 Tbsp
Dried Basil or fresh Basil                      few leaves 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce                                  2 Tsp
Soya Sauce                                          2 Tbsp
Grated Parmesan cheese                       1 Cup

METHOD :
Combine chicken mince ,bread slices,Parshley, garlic powder , onion powder , crush red pepper, crush cumin eeds, poppy seeds, gram seeds Bune chenne and egg in bowl mix well and form into 12 to 15 balls
store covered in refrigerater until needed.
In a large saucepan over mediam heat saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is golden. Stir in tomatoes
salt , sugar. Cover reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes . Stir tomato paste , basil , siriracha sauce ,
Red chilli sauce, soya sauce and meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with saghetti with grated parmesan cheese or chedder cheese and sprinkle some parshley .
