CHICKEN CORN SOUP







CHICKEN CORN SOUP:
Ingredients :
Chicken with Bones                       1KG
Garlic Cloves                                  3
Sweet Corn                                   1TIN
Black Pepper powder                    1 TSP
Salt                                                1/4 TSP
Soya Sauce                                    3 TBSP
Chilli Sauce                                    3 TBSP
Rice Vinager                                  1 TBSP
Vinager                                          1 TBSP
Soya Sauce                                   For Serving
Green chillies with Vinager             For Serving
Red Chilli Sauce                            For Serving
Corn Flour                                     4 TBSP
COLD Water                                 Half Cup
Eggs                                             2 nos
METHOD :
Boil Chicken with bones in 8 cups  of water with garlic cloves and simmer for 4 hours in very low flame till prepare a yakhni or broth..
Than separate bones and chinken boneless. Than shred the  boneless chicken meat and add the chicken yakhni, or broth and cook for 10 minutes than add sweet corn and cook more 10 minutes leave the skum in pan and cook.Add salt , ajinomotto i don't add ajinomotto, soya sauce and cook.
add corn flour in half cup cold water and mix well until no lumps in mixture.Than add slowly slowly in chicken soup and cook for 2 minutes.in a very low flame add 2 eggs in chicken soup and off flame.
Pour in Serving Bowls with serving items soya sauce, Vinager and red chilli sauce and serve.
