Chicken Chunks Manchurian Bread Ring
Ingredients for bread dough:
Flour 2 cups heaved
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Yeast 1 packet 11 g
Oil 3 tbsp
Dry milk powder 2 Tbsp
Egg 1 nos
Lukewarm water as required
Ingredients for filling:
Chicken chunks(cubed) 250 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Suree Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Suree Chili Garlic 1 tbsp
Suree Red Chili 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Suree Sweet Sauce 1 tbsp
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
Spring Onions (chopped) 4 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Method for dough:
Put all together in a bowl. Knead with lukewarm water in to a soft dough. Leave it to rise for 30 mins. Punch down the dough roll to a rectangular.
Spread with Manchurian filling.Heat oil; add ginger garlic paste with all the spice and sauces. Add chicken cook till tender. Lastly add veggies thicken with corn flour paste cool and use as filling. Roll into a swiss roll. Form it into a ring. Put it on a greased baking tray. Give cuts on top. Bake on 190 degrees for 20 mins.
