ALOO PALAK (SPINCH)
Ingredients :
Aloo half kg
Palak 1 bunch
Methi 1 bunch
Dill soya half bunch
Red pepper powder 1tsp
Tomato paste 3 to 4 tbsp
Haldi half tsp
Green chillies 4 to 5
Onion chop 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method
Washed and soak palak spinch, dill, and methi leaves
Than steam palak, methi and dill till done and mashed
Heat oil add onion fry till brown. Than add ginger garlic cook for 1 minutes. Add aloo
Cook till done add some water to cook potato cover pan and cook for till done.
Add palak mixture and water and cook to dry water.
In the end add green chillies and than flame off and serve with chapati and naan.
