VEIL SHAMI KABAB
Ingredients :
VEIL MINCE......................................... 1 KG
Gram Lentil...............................................2-1/2 piyali or cup( TeaCup)
Ginger Garlic Paste....................................2 Tbsp
Red Pepper Powder..................................2Tsp
Crush Red Pepper.................................... 1Tsp
Black Pepper............................................1 Tsp
Crush Cumin Seeds...................................1 Tbsp
Crush Daniya Powder................................1 Tbsp
All Spice Powder.......................................1 Tbsp
Corriender Leaves......................................For garnish
Green chillies............................................ .For garnish
METHOD :
Wash mince and gram lentil. Add Mince with gram lentil add water to need 5 to 6 glass than add ginger garlic paste, red pepper powder, crush red pepper, black pepper , crush cumin and daniya seeds and all spice powder and cook till fully cook mince and gram lental.
Than nicely grind mince and gram lentil and mix corriender leaves and green chillies.
Make a round shape kabab as you see in a pic and shallow fry kababs and serve with green chatni and
tomato ketchup.
You also freeze kababs in a freezer .
