Ingredients :

LOUKI ...........           1 kg

SUGAR..............        Half Cup

OIL..................         .Half Cup

Desiccated Coconut..  3 Tbsp

Dry Milk Powder        2 Tbsp

Alomond...............      For garnish

Green cardimom......   4nos Powder

Green Color............   .few drops

Method :

Boil Louki with pinch green color and 3 cups of water or if u want add some water more boil loki till done.

when water dries up, blend it with its seeds into a uniform, smooth paste. 

Heated oil add mesh Louki and cook add desiccated coconut, dry milk powder, sugar half cup

and cook until become  a smooth and shiny texture looks in pic.

garnish with chop almonds and coconut powder and serve in hot and cool a delicious and mouth watering
