HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients :
CREAM 2 packets 2- 1/2 Cups
ICING SUGAR 10 to 12 TBSP
VANILLA ESSENCE 1tsp (optional)
METHOD:
In a bowl add cream, icing sugar, vanilla and beat till gets thick.
Keep the cream in fridge to chill, the hooks of the beater in the freezer the bowl you will beat cream in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then in a bowl add some ice it helps more to get the cream thicker.
