HAJJ CAKE
Ingredients :
Unsalted Butter...................1-1/2 Cup
Caster Sugar...................... 3 Cups
Vanilla essence................... 1-1/2 tsp
Eggs.................................. 6 nos
Milk.................................. 1-1/2 Cup
Flour.................................. 3-3/4 Cups
Baking Powder................... 1 TBSP
Salt ................................... Pinch
White Fondant.....................Half kg
Black Fondant.................... little ball size make squre
Black gel color..................... 1 drop
Green gel color......................1 drop
pink gel color.........................1 drop
Yellow gel color.....................1 drop
METHOD :
- Sift your flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
- Cream your butter, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add your eggs to your sugar mixture, two at a time, and blend until incorporated. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add your dry ingredients alternatively with your milk. Begin by adding dry, then alternate with wet. Add the dry in four parts, and the wet in three.
- Dived mixture in 3 bowls. 1 bowl add yellow color, 2nd bowl add green color and 3rd pink color add
- Pour your batter into your desired butter lined pans paper Lastly make a marble effect through toothpict or shashlick sticks . Always bake at 180C degrees until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in a wire rack.
- Cover with Fondant and fondand decorations
