Ingredients :
Mutton Chops 10 to 15 pieces
Ginger garlic paste.................. 1,1 tbsp
Yogart.................................... Half cup
Red Chilli Powder.................... 2 tsp
Black Pepper........................... 1 tsp
salt............................................1 tsp To Taste
Crush red pepper..................... 1 tsp
Water....................................... 1 glass
Vinagar.................................... 2 Tbsp
Lemons.....................................2 lemons
For Chops Batter :
Eggs.................................. 2 nos
Corn flour........................... 2 tbsp
Flour................................... 2 tbsp
Black Pepper........................1 tbsp
garlic Poowder......................1 tsp
Onion Powder.......................1 tsp
vinager or lemons..................1 tbsp , 2 lemons
Method :
First of all wash mutton chops and merinated chops with yugart,ginger garlic paste,red pepper,
black pepper , lemons and all sizzlings. Take a pan add water and chops add yogart, ginger garlic paste , red chilli powder and salt and boil until chops tender or done.
Make a egg batter mix eggs, corn four, flour, black pepper crush red pepper, vinager or lemon and salt
Dip chops in a batter and and deep fry chops and serve.
Serve with sauce and tomato ketchup.
