Chicken Chowmein And Chicken Manchurian












Chicken Chowmein
Ingredients :
Egg noodles 2 packets
Chicken boneless strips half kg
Seseme oil 2 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Onion 1 chop
Ginger garlic paste 1, 1 tbsp
Shimla mirch 2 nos
Cabbage( band gobi) 1 medium
Sweet corn half tin
Spring onion leaves few leaves
Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
Rice vinegar 2 tbsp
Hot chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato puri 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinagar 2 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Crush red pepper half tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Agenomotto pinch
Salt pinch
METHOD:
Mernate chicken stripes in soya sauce and garlic for 1 hour and set aside.
Boiled noodles in a water for 2 to minutes.
Leave half noodles and set aside. Than cook in a heated oil untill crisp.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add onion chop saute for 1 minute.Add ginger garlic clove and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until its starts to brown, stir constantly. Add
Capsicum (shimla mirch) and cook another1 minute add corn and cabbage cooking them for 2 minutes.Add black and white pepper , salt ,tomato puri and cook. Add soya sauce, hot chilli sauce, rice vinegar, vinagar , tomato ketchup and agenomotto cook for 2 minutes until the vegetables are crisp and tender. Add noodles and spring onions and stir. Serve over crisp noodles too. Kuch noodles ko oil mainCrisp karna hai ke wo crunchi se ho jaye wo bhi noodles ke upper daal kar serve karna hai
Chicken Manchurian:
Ingredients:

Chicken boneless cubes half kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1 chop
Tomato puri half cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vinagar 2 tbsp
Agenomotto pinch
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Chicken yakhni broth 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper half tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Wostershire sauce 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Merinate chicken in salt, vinagar, sugar,
and sota sauce for 1 hour and set aside
Heated oil add onion saute for 1 minute.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute add merinated chicken and cook for
2 minute add chicken yakgni black pepper white pepper soya sauce tomato puriand agenomotto to make a sauce. Add tomato ketchup and corn flour to thick a souce and cook for 2 minutes till done .
Heat sizzling tray and pour chicken Manchurian to sizzle and serve. Garnish with spring onions
