Aloo Ghost ka Salan ( MUTTON CURRY)
Ingredients
Mutton half kg
Potato 4 nos
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1,1 tbsp
Red pepper powde 2 tsp
Termeric powder half tsp
Danita powder 2 tsp
Tomato 3 nos
Dahi (Yogart) 2 tbsp
Green chillies 2 nos
Corriender leaves for garnish
Method :
Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste and salt for 1 hour 5 cups water till mutton tender.
Heated oil add onion fry till lightly brown leave from pan and grind brown onion with dahi, tomato.
Than heated oil add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minute add mutton add all sizzlings
Red pepper powder, Termeric powder, daniya powder and saute add grind onion, dahi and tomato mixture and rest of the stock of mutton
and simmer till done. Gravy done
In the end garnish with green chillies and Corriender leaves and serve
