Zabra Cake
Ingredients :
Flour .......................................300 g
Eggs...........................................4
Caster Sugar ............................250 g
Oil..............................................250 ml
Milk ............................................250 ml
Baking Powder............................. 2 tsp
Vanilla Essence...........................1tsp
Coco Powder.................................4 Tbsp
Method:
First of all grease 9" inch pan and line your pan with butter papper.
Preheated oven for 180 c.
In a bowl add 4 eggs and 250 g sugar beat till creamy than add oil, milk and vanilla essence and beat again and mix well.
Mix all dry ingredients flour, baking powder and gradually mix in egg batter mixture than fold.
Egg batter divided into 2 parts. first part bowl keep aside than coco powder mix into 2nd bowl and mix well. Pour both bowl in a greasing pan, pour mixture until cover all mixture in the corners. tap the pan and keep slowly in oven.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake until when a tooth pick is inserted into the center and comes out clean.
Cool in a wire rack cut into slices and sprinkle icing sugar and serve.
