Ingredients
Meat Veil  Mince( undercut)...................................... 1 Kg
Crush red pepper.................................................. 1tbsp
Salt........................................................................1 tbsp
Bunne Channe.........................................................Half Packet
Makkai ka aata Corn Flour.......................................half Cup
Crush cumin seeds....................................................1 tbsp
Crush Corriender Seeds...........................................1 Tbsp
Onion.......................................................................1
Ginger garlic paste....................................................1,1 Tbsp
Corriender leaves...................................................... half bunch
Green pepper............................................................ 5 to 6
Black pepper..............................................................1 tsp
Red Hot sauce............................................................1 tbsp
Lemon Juice................................................................2
pomegranate seeds......................................................1 tsp
Egg............................................................................. 1
Oil..............................................................................  For frying
Method :
Mix all ingredients in veil mince and make shapes of seekh kababs and fry in very low flame
and serve with tomato ketchup and chatni.
