MUTTON PULAO
Ingredients :
Mutton......................................1 kg
Rice.......................................... 1kg
Onion.........................................2 large
Ginger garlic paste.......................1,1 tbsp
All Spice Powder.........................1tbsp
Oil................................................ Half Cup
Salt.............................................. 1 tsp
FOR STOCK :
Water...........................................5 to 8 glass
Clove........................................... 4 to 6
Cinnamon..................................... 2 sticks
Fennel seeds................................. 1 tbsp
Black pepper..................................1 tbsp
Garlic............................................. 4-5 clove
ginger..............................................1 large piece
Black Cardimoom............................2
Green Cardimom.............................5
Salt.................................................2 Tbsp

Method :
Prepare mutton stock add mutton 8 glass of water,ginger garlic, salt, fennel seeds,Cloves, black pepper corn, Black & green cardimom, cinnamon stick  on a very low flame simmer for 2 to 3 hours if you want pressure cooker than cook in the pressure cooker for half hour untill motton is tender or cook.

Heated oil add onion fry until light brown, than add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add mutton
and saute in oil , than add mutton stock and simmer for 5 minutes.Add rice and all spice powder and cook for till done
At the end make rice( dum lagana )to cook for  2 minutes for high flame than 10 minutes for very low zero
flame. till done than flame off and serve.
Serve with Raita and green Chattni
