MANGO PANNA COTTA
Ingredients
Mango Puri                                    3/4 CUP
Fresh Cream                                 1/4 Cup+2tbsp
Milk                                               1 -1/4 Cups 
Caster Suger                                    2  tbsp
Gelatin                                           1-1/2 tbsp
Water                                              2 tbsp
Method:
Combine milk and cream in a deep non stick pan on heat.
Add suger, stir to mix and heat till just warm.
Add 2 tbsp water to gelatin and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.Remove from heat and mix well.
Switch off heat and add dissolved gelatin in the pan.
Mix well and strain the mixture into a bowl set aside to cool to room temperature.
Add half the mango puree and mix well. Pour the mixture into individual dessert n panna cotta mould and refrigerate for 40 to 50 minutes or till set.
Garnish with remaining mango puree and serve chilled.
