Kabab on a stick
Ingredients
Chicken qeema (MINCE) 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1,1 tbsp
Crush red pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Bhune channe half packet
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Crush daniya 1tbsp
Crush Zeera 1 tbsp
Red hot nandos sauce 1 tbsp
Bread slices 2 soak in water
Ice cream sticks 6 to 8
Oil for frying
Corriender leaves n green pepper half bunch, 3
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Method :
Mix all ingredients in chicken mince and blend it
Greese hand with oil and make a ball insert stick in mince ball and shape as drumsticks and kot in bread crumbs repeat all procedure and freeze kabab for 1 or 2 hours.
Heated oil and fry all kabab till golden brown color and serve with tomato ketchup and chatni
