Homemade Cream cheese
Ingredients
Milk 1litre
Cream whipped 2 pakets milkpack
Lemon juice 1 lemon
Salt half tsp
Method
Milk main cream daal kar bubbles aane tak pakana hai jab bubbles aa jayain tu lemon juice
Daalna hai aur salt phir wait karna hai ke milk aur pani alag alag ho jaye
Phir is ko malmal ke cloth se channa hai agar aap ko spread ki tarha rakgna hai tu zyada pani na nikalain aur agar bilkul dry chahiye tu zyada daer tak rehne dain pani nikalne dain
