GULAAB JAMUN RECIPE
For SUGER SYRUP
Suger                                             2 Cups
Water                                              2 Cups
Illachi Powder                                       pinch
Ingredients For Gulaab Jamum
dry milk Powder                                 2 Cups
Semolina (suji)                                          1tbsp
Flour                                                     1 - 2 tbsp
Baking Powder                                          2 tsp
Ghee or Oil                                              2 tbsp
Eggs                                                          2
Almonds for garnish 1 cup
Method :
Mix all ingredients and knead very gently. use hands or beater both. Crush dough with hands in a kitchen counter and set for 10 minutes
and make small balls and fry in very medium flame and add in a suger syrup and garnish with almonds and enjoyed
