CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
Ingredients :
Eggs 4
Caster Suger 8ounce
Oil 1 Cup
Flour 1 Cup
Baking Powder 1- 1/2 tsp
Coco Powder 2 to 3 tbsp
Milk 2 to 3 tbsp if need
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For Frosting :
Butter 250 g
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Icing Suger 400 g
Coco Powder 3 tbsp
Method :
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.keep cupcake liners in cupcake pan
Beat oil and suger till creamy and fluffy.Add 1 by 1 4 egg add vanilla essence and beat fast for 2 minutes than add dry mix into the egg mixture and beat slowlyif needed add milk in the batter
Bake for 180c for 20-25 minutes .
keep cupcakes in a cooling rack than cool frosting cupcakes and fondant butterfly and flowers
