Chicken Cheese n Vegetable Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients :
Kolson elbow macaroni boiled 1 packet
Boneless chicken piece 1 piece
Oil 2tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Chicken powder 1 cup
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Onion powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Baby corn 5
Peas( mutter) 1 cup
Black pepper 1tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Basil siraracha sauce 2 tbsp
Crush red pepper 1 tsp for sprinkle
Method :
Heat oil in a pan 2tbsp garlic chop add chicken and saute for 6 minutes or until done
Add peas baby corn and saute add black pepper
Salt chicken powder crush red pepper soya sauce basil siraracha sauce and saute for 2 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat sprinkle flour 2 tbsp evenly into a pan. Cook 2 minutes stirring constantly with a whisk; gradually add milk and chicken powder stock to saucepan add white pepper and salt bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat ; let set aside add half cup chedder cheese onion powder garlic powder stirring until cheese melt
Greese dish with oil add macaroni, chicken n vegetable mixture and sauce and sprinkle half cup cheeder cheese and mixed herbs and bake for 12 to 15 minutes 180 c
And serve
