BUTTERSCOTCH PRALIN ICECREAM
Ingredients
Milk half Cup
Gelatin 1tbsp
Milk or Water 1/4 Cup
Suger 2 tbsp
Cream 2 Packet
Butter 1 tbsp
Suger for pralin 1/3 Cup
Butter Scotch essence 1- 1/2 tbsp
Yellow Color 1tsp
Almonds 2 tbsp
Method :
Gelatin mix in 1/4 cup milk and set aside than cook in low flame until gelatin mix in milk.
for pralin cook suger in a steel saucepan cook until suger completly melt and little brown color in it
than add almonds in a suger cook 1 minute and pour in a steel plate to cool and set aside.
In a bowl add Milk, suger, cream, gelatin mixture and butter scotch essence and yellow color and beat all
ingredients. set in a tight ice cream container freeze for overnight. every 3 hours crush ice with fork
and until ice cream set garnish with almond pralin and serve
