Achar Gosht
Ingredients
Chanpain half kg
Dahi half kg
Adrak lehsan 1, 1 tbsp
Pisi lal mirch half tsp
Green pepper 4 to 6
Salt half tsp
Shan Achar gosht masala 1 packet
Corriender leaves for garnish
Green pepper for garnish
Onion 2
Tamater 4
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil half cup
Method :
Hari mirchoon main cut laga kar shan masale main se 2 tbsp aur 1 tbsp lemin juice jar aue mirchoon main bhar kar alag rakh dain
Dahi main shan masala ka baqi bacha howa masala , adrak lehsan paste laga kar 1 hour ke liye rakhna hai
Half cup oil garam karain usmain onion fry karain jab brown ho jaye tu lehsan adrak ka paste shamil karain, tamater daal kar pakayain
Dahi ka merinated gosht ya chanpain daal kar pani khoshk hone tak pakayin
Gosht ko achi tarha bhunain bhunai ho jaye tu masala lagi hari mirchain daal kar half cup pani daal kar 5 minute pakayain phir flame off kar dain
Hare daniye aur hari mirch se garnish kar ke serve karian
