PINEAPPLE  CREAM CAKE

Ingredients  :
Eggs                                         4
Caster Suger                         4 oz
Flour                                      4 oz
Baking Powder                      1 tsp
Silver Whip Whipping Cream   1 Packet
Pineapples   Rings                      4 to 5
Cherries                                          for ganshing
Pineapple juice                                   for moist
Pineapple essence                                     1 tsp

Method :
Preheated oven to 180 C Line 8 inch pan and grese pan
Sift flour & baking powder together & keep aside.
In a very neat & dry bowl beat eggs till they become double in volume.now start adding caster sugar gradually one by one tb. Beat continousliy till eggs become light & fluffy.Add pineapple essence and stop the beating.Now fold flour mixture very gently with spatula.pour in greased & lined pan.I used 8"inches round pan till done.
Bake Cake in 30 to 35 minutes 
                  Frosting with Whipping cream and garnish with pineapple rings and cherries
