3. Garlic ginger Paste 1 tbsp
4. Zeera Powder 1tbsp
5. Corriander seeds 1 tbsp
6.Kuti laal Mirch(Crush Red pepper) 1 tbsp
7. Salt to taste
Basin main pani dal kar goul kar alag rak lain

METHOD :
1.Sab se pehle Dahi main 1 cup pani dal kar blender main blend kar lain
2. Gram flour ya Basin main half cup pani dal achchi tarha wisk kar lain
3. half cup oil ya 2 se 3 tbsp ya apne taste ke mutabik handi main dal kar pir kachi pisi howi 2 payaaz lain ( Onion) lain oil main achchi tarhan boone,pir 1-1 tbsp yani 2 tbsp ginger
garlic paste dalain aur bone.Ab tamam masale shamil kar yani salt,red pepper powder and haldi(termeric Powder),anar dana 1tbsp, suki metthi( fenugreek leaves) 1 tbsp shamil kar lain
4. 2 tamater dal kar bone
5. Ab basin shamil karain aur Dahi Shamil karain,1 jag pani daal dain aur bulbule aane tak chamcha handi main chalate rahe. obal aane per heat slow kar ke simmer karain yani pakne dain
6.Ab pakode bana lain jitni der main Pakode tallain ge karii taiyar ho jaye gi.
7. karii main oil uper aa jaye aur karii gardi ho jaye tu Pakode shamil karainaur tarka laga lain
8. Tarke ke liye 2 se 3 tbsp oil main laal sabut mirch(red botton pepper), zeera,kolonji aur hari mirch(green pepper)1 tbsp suki metti ka tarka lagaain aur kurry main daal dain gram masala 1tbsp bhi upar daal dain.
9.Green pepper aur corriander leaves se garnish karain
