Chicken Lasagne Roll ups
Ingredients :
Lasagne 9 strips
Chicken mince 500 g half kg
Onion chop 1 medium
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mozzarella grated 1 cup
Chedder cheese grated 1 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Tomato puri 3 tbsp
Hot chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Crush cumin seeds 1 tsp
Crush corriender seeds 1 rsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
For White Sauce
Milk 1/2 liter
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Method :
Boil lasagne in boiling salted water for 5-7 munutes, drain under cold running water,add 1 tbsp oil and mix. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil add onion fry for 1 minute,add garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add chicken mince and fry for 2 minutes. Add tamoto puri, salt, crush cumin seeds,
Crush corriender seeds, black pepper,
Crush red pepper, hot chilli sauce, soya sauce.and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Uncover and cook for further 5 minutes.
Remove and set aside.
Put white sauce ingredients in a pan and cook on low heat while constantly stirring.
When the sauce starts boiling and thickens,
remove and set aside.
Put 1 stripe spread pizza sauce , layer chicken and than roll lasagne stipe and keep in a grease pan. Prepare 9 stipes with the same procedure than followed by white sauce and chedder and mozzarella cheese on top on top layer spread white sauce and both cheese sprinkle oregano leaves.
Roll kar ke oan main lasagne ko rakhna hai.
Heat oven to 200 C and bake the lsagne for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and serve hot
