Yeast 1 packet 11g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dry milk powder 4tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Jelopino pepper 8
Veil Mince Qeema. Half kg
Capsicum shiml mirch 2
Green pepper 3
Chedder cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Pizza sauce 3 tbsp
Black pepper half tsp
Crush red pepper half tsp

Method :
In a bowl mix all dough ingredients and knead. And for rise 2 to 3 hours and set aside.

Half Cup Method Knead dough mix all ingredients except butter and start kneading with machine or hands. Jo aap chahain jin ke pass machine nahi WO hands se achi tarha knead karain. If. Knead dough perfectly then add butter and again knead dough rise for2 hours. Ab achi tarha dough ko square shape ki roti bana kar use roll karna hai is tarha ke bubbles na pare aur. Akhir main us ko achi tarha band kar dain akhri sire ko aur warm place main 1 hours ke liye rise karain then bake for 25 minutes 180degree. Kabooli gram lentils Pulao Ingredients Rice 3-1/2 piyali Channa daal gram lentil 1 payali pao Ginger galic paste 1 , 1 tbsp Onion 1 chop Crush cumin seeds 1 tbsp Tomato paste 1 tbsp All spice powder 1 tbsp Oil half cup METHOD : Soak and washed for 1 hour lentils and keep aside. Washed rice and soak and keep aside. Heated oil and fry onion.Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add crush cumin seeds, tomato, red pepper powder and add all lentils and 2 cup water and cook till done. All lentils done than add rice and 3 cups water and cook till done. When rice done than temper rice for 2 minter in high flame than 5 minutes for low flame Serve with khchober salad and green chatni.
