INGREDIENTS

FLOUR ( MAIDA ) 2 CUP
SUGAR 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER 2SP
BAKING SODA 1 / 2 TSP
ORANGE ESSENCE
ORANGE COLOUR FEW DROPS
BUTTER MILK HALF CUP.
ORANGE JUICE 1 CUP
Orange zest 1 tsp
Oil ya butter 1 cup.
Method
Eggs ko beat karain double foam mn aajaey to add sugar butter essence again beat juice butter milk first meda dalain 2tsmix well juice and butter mix well dalte jaein few drops colour orange well mix flfy &creamy texture ho jaey pri heat oven 180 % pr back karain check tooth pic ya knife ready orange cake

ORANGE CHICKEN
Ingredients
450 grams chicken boneless(cut into strips)
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp white vinegar
1teaspoons ginger_fresh( grated)
1/2cup corn flour
Vegetables oil ( for frying)
2/3cup orange juice
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2teaspoon corn flour
Salt as your taste

Method
Put the chicken in a bowl with the soy sauce, white vinegar and ginger and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
When the chicken is done marinating,lightly dust each piece with corn flour.
Heat a pot with at least 1/2" of oil in it over medium heat until hot.
In a separate pan,add the orange juice, marmalade, 2teaspoon of corn flour and the salt and whisk to combine.
Fry the chicken until golden brown and transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
When the chicken is done frying, heat the orange sauce over medium high heat, stirring constantly to pervent clumping until the sauce is thick and bubbly.add the fried chicken into the orange sauce and toss to coat.
You can garnish it with some chopped red bell pepper for some extra color..orange chicken is ready...

Milk 1/2kg
Sugar 1/2 cup

Method
1glass pani boil Karen is me 1packet orange jelly dal kmix kr lein aur glass me dal kr tircha rakdein aur thanda ho na per is me custred dal kar orange salce se decorat karein .and baqi jelly kisi bhi mould mein dal kr thanda kr lein aur orange jelly custard ko decorat Karen.
ORANGE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
Orang extract 1/2tsp
Sugar powder 3/4 çup
4 - Egg
1 - orange, juice and finely grated rind, not the white part
1 cup - all purpose flour
1 tsp - baking powder
Salt 1punch
Oil 1/2cup
METHOD
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Fold in 4 egg whites (beaten stiff).
Pour the cake mixture, into a greeces cake pan.
Lower oven heat, to 350 degrees F and bake for another 30 mins.
Remove the cake from oven and cool.
When cake has cooled, remove from pan to a cake plate.and sprinkal the orange juice and decorations white chocolate and orange sales.
Cut into individual diamond-shaped pieces and serve.

Zesty tangy pop corn chicken , orange chicken kababs with hot mustard orange dip


For zesty tangy pop corn chicken :

Take boneless chicken , marinate wid
Orange juice
Salt
Paprika powder
Mustard powder
Red chillie powder

Add one egg and crushed corn flakes just before frying . and deep fry till golden.

For orange chicken kababs:

Take chicken mince
Add onion
Orange juice
Garlic
Mustard powder
Salt
Paprika powder
One egg
Put in food processor. Take one tsp oil in ur hand .and give shapes to kababs. Then atir fry them or bake in pre heated oven for 25 mins.

For hot orange mustard dip

Take orange jam / marmalade
Garlic crushed
Hot chillies sause
Mustard powder
Orange juice
Mix well

U can also replace jam with honey

Recipe for Miranda orange honey garlic chicken by humaira zia
Ingredients
Chiken wings along with brest pieces let's say 300g
For marinating
A very very very healthy mixture, Fennel, 200g, seasme 200 g, just simply toast in the fry pan altogether, when bit cool add 100g mishri, ready to eat, very good for eyes, brain, stomach, for bones etc
Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
Wochestershyre sauce 1teaspoon
Salt to taste
Orange juice 1/4 cup
For sauce
Orange juice 1/2cup
Miranda orange flavour 1/2cup
Sweet chilli sauce 1/2cup
Garlic minced chopped 1tbsp
Honey 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
First of all merinate the chicken, let it b like 40 minutes, then cook in its marinating water till it dries up.
Heat the oil in the krahi, add garlic chopped, bit fry like one minute, add chicken pieces, orange juice, Miranda, honey, sweet chili sauce, bit salt, let it cook till it shiny N bit thick.
Arrange the chicken pieces in a plate, drizzle sauce, garnish with spring onion.

Twisted orange chicken
Made this twisted chicken 3 years ago for my diet, alhumdullilah, it was awesome, tought to share with those friends who are doing diet, a perfect meal.
Recipe for a twisted Orange vegge chicken by humaira zia
Ingredients
Boneless chicken tiny cubes 1 bowl
Capsicum yellow colour 1small size
Carrot chopped 1 big size
Onion chopped 1 medium size
Salt 1 pinch, because sauces have enough salt
Soya sauce 1teaspoon
Oyster sauce 1teaspoon
Wochestershyre sauce 1 teaspoon
Crushed red chilli 1/2 teaspoon
Crushed roasted Zeera 1 /2 teaspoon
Garlic cloves chopped 1 tbsp
Springs onion 1
Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon
Orange juice 1cup
Pineapple chunks 1/4 cup
Method
Mix up all the above ingredients like all spices in Orange juice, dip the chicken cubes in this juice. Let it b like 30 minutes.
Heat the 1tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan, add onion n garlic cloves altogether, when light in colur, add the carrots, fry a bit, then add the marinated chicken along with its merinate. Let it cook at high flame, then do the flame medium, when water is about to dry, adjust it's seasoning, add yellow capsicum, pineapple chunks, sprung onion.
Toss well, remove from the heat, serve with orange slices.
A very yummy, healthy orange chicken is there to satisfy the taste buds in diet.

Ingredients for First Mixture:
Flour 2 cups
Baking Powder 1 tbsp
Baking Soda ¼ tsp
Orange Jelly Crystals 2 tbsp
Salt A pinch
Caster Sugar 1 ¼ cup
Ingredients for Second Mixture:
Butter (Melted) 2 oz.
Oil ¼ cup
Egg yolks 3
Orange Juice ¼ cup
Orange Essence ½ tsp
Sour Cream ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Orange Color Few drops
Ingredients for Third Mixture:
Egg Whites 3
Cream of Tartar ¼ tsp
Ingredients for Icing:
Cream 2 cups
Icing sugar 4 tbsp
Method:
Beat 3 egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. In another bowl add flour, caster sugar, baking soda salt, baking powder, orange jelly crystals and beat them. In a 3rd bowl add melted butter, oil, orange juice, sour cream, water, egg yolks, color and essence. Beat together and add in the dried ingredients. Lastly, fold in the egg whites. Pour the batter in cupcake liners. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Method for Icing:
Beat cream and icing sugar until it whipped, Pipe the icing over cupcakes.

Ingredients
Butter 4 oz
Castor sugar 4 oz
Eggs 2
White flour 4 oz ( sifted)
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp (sifted)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp ( sifted)
Orange peel 1 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Frosting
Icing sugar 4 oz (sifted)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp ( sifted)
Chocolate 4 oz (melted)
Butter 4 oz
Method
1. Beat butter & sugar till becomes light & fluffy
2. Add in eggs one by one while beating. Add orange peel, dry ingredients & milk. Mix well till it comes into dropping consistency
3. Pour batter in cup cake cases. Bake on 180 degrees for 10-12 mins.
4. Prepare frosting by combining all ingredients of it & give it a nice vigorous beat. Fill up the piping bag & make swirls out of it. Sprinkle some edible silver dragees.

Orange up side down cake, is one of the favorite cake of my family, I created this type many like pineapple up side down cake, apple up side down cake, mixed fruits up side down cake, pears up side down cake, will share one by one
Recipe for Orange up side down cake by humaira
Ingredients For caremal base
Fresh oranges, if available cut into round slices,
Brown sugar 2tbsp heaped
Butter 2 tbsp level
Melt the sugar n butter together, when light in color, pour in the required tin to arrange pineapple slices in a sequence
For the cake batter
1/2 cup butter 100g
1cup icing sugar means 150g
Flour 2 cups means 300g
Eggs 5
Orange essence a few drops
Orange juice freshly squeezed 1/2 cup
Baking powder 2 teaspoon
Black raisins 1/4 cup
Method
1: Cream butter n Half cup sugar till creamy n fluffy.
2:Beat the 5 eggs with the remaining half cup sugar till fluffy.
3:Combine the dry ingredients, seive thrice.
4:Start folding flour in the butter mixture by adding orange juice , in the end, fold the egg mixture nicely n gently. Fold the black currents. Add orange essence in the end.
5:Pour this mixture on the arranged, prepared base of oranges , level with the help of spatula. Bake at 180 degree till done. It will take 40 to 45 minutes in baking.
6:when ready, run a knife around the walls when it's still hot. Demould it in a serving plate. Let it cool. Cut into pieces n serve with tea n enjoy.
